A critically important week for Fair Maps!

April 29 —  the League of Women Voter’s People Powered Day of Action for “Fair Maps.” The Wisconsin League hopes to have 10,000 emails sent to Wisconsin Legislators. It’s easy, please do it. Find the complete toolkit HERE.

April 30 – final day to let the Joint Finance Committee know what you think about the Budget. Do it now. Leave a record. Read more HERE. *** The Wisconsin Biennial Budget may be the single most impactful piece of legislation the State Legislature will pass in the next two years.

April 30 – post a Fair Maps video. Part of a national campaign from the Campaign Legal Center. My video is done, is yours?

May 2 — A North Shore Fair Maps and Grassroots North Shore “Fair Maps” day – we’ll be talking with experts about how we are “Mopping Up Wisconsin’s Map Mess.” Bring a friend. RSVP https://www.grassrootsnorthshore.com/20210502_ev.

And then…

May 10 – I call this “the shoe is on the other foot” meeting. North Shore Fair Map’s special guest is Walter Olson, the Republican co-chair of Maryland’s Citizens Redistricting Commission. Maryland was gerrymandered by Democrats. No matter who does it, it’s wrong. Attend and bring a friend. Read more. RSVP http://bit.ly/NSFMMonthly. Send a PDF flyer to a friend. Share a JPG flyer on social media.
